Warranty & returns

 

  • To ensure customer satisfaction each piece comes with a 12 month warranty policy, valid from date of purchase
  • The warranty only covers returns when the piece is faulty due to no fault of your own and care instructions have been followed

 


Accepted reasons for return within first 14 days

 

  • Incorrect size purchased

 


Exclusions for returns

 

  • Damaged due to your own fault
  • Sale items
  • Damaged due to not following care instructions
  • Returns after 14 days due to any other reason that is not covered by warranty
  • Carelessness in looking after your pieces
  • You changed your mind

 


State of return 

 

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged 
  • Piece is in the same condition it came to you in
  • In original box or bag

 


Custom items

 

  • Custom item returns are not accepted for any other reason that is not covered by warranty

 


Process for return

 

  • Contact Earth creature via email

 


Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)

 

  • You will be refunded once the piece has been received and reviewed appropriately. This may take up to 7 business days after receiving the piece back.
