Customer responsibility

 

  • It is the customers responsibility to review product descriptions, images and sizes thoroughly before purchasing pieces.
  • It is your responsibility to organize refunds in the required time frame

 


Customs

 

  • Upfront payment is required before the beginning of creating your special piece
  • Cancellations are not accepted after beginning the making process
  • Refunds will not be accepted for anything other than warranty policy
  • Customs will fit into my creative capacity, I will not copy pieces made by other jewelers

 


Made to order

 

  • Made to order pieces can take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the requirements of the piece

Terms of returns 

 

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Returns after 14 days only accepted due to warranty policy (see below)
  • Exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the pieces being small batch made
